You get yourself best in what you practice. You desire, determination and intelligence will always helps in improving your skill dot  When you see your work is going wrong, try to put it correct. Obviously you will get confidence when you correct the mistakes identified by your own. This will help in improving the other areas of work dot  If it is possible, try to watch the working methodology of other artists. Study his or her working techniques dot  Don’t throw your work away. Preserve them. After a period of time compare your latest work with your previous work, am sure you will feel a big difference

Pencil, Eraser, Charcoal, Sharpener, Geometric Compass, Pro circle, etc... Apart from these materials, there are some Stuffs which are not available in all countries. Some of the materials which are rarely available - Blending stump (used for quick build up of tones).

Draping Costumes

Most of the time, we would like to customize the figures with draping costumes of various styles. Needless to say that these dresses would look more natural if enough care is taken on their folds. The costumes should graciously follow the body outlines and fall in accordance to the gravitational forces as well. Especially if they are of more loose fitting, then observe carefully where they follow more closely to the body outlines and where they deviate from the body outlines due the gravity.

Ideal Propotion

Ideal Proportion - Two Leg

Generally the ideal female height is considered as Five feet and Eight inches. The female is quite narrow when comparing to male and two heads at the widest point. By comparing with male the nipple are slightly lower than male. The waistline will one head unit and the navel will come below the waist line. The elbow will be above the navel.

Action Poses - Two Leg

Drawing a human figure in various action poses is easier for the purpose of constructing model sheets, story boards etc... And here is another approach for figure drawing technique. Before entering in to the action poses, practicing the human stick figure in normal standing position is necessary. This will fetch you the perfect height propotion of the human.

Eye level and Perspectives

The eye level can be categorized in to three levels (1) Eye Level, (2) Above eye level, (3) Below eye level. Here the figure (A) represents the 3types of eye levels and the figure (B) Represents how the object in figure (A) will look like in each levels. For achieving a perfect perspective of an object a clear knowledge of eye level concept is must.
